This is an art nude bridal boudoir style portrait of Sylph laying on her back while on a bed in my Brisbane studio. I wanted this photo to have a very intimate feel to it like you are looking into a candid private moment of a bride-to-be daydreaming on the morning of her wedding thinking about her future life with the man she loves most. To achieve this, I got into a low point of view and placed a pillow and blanket in the foreground between myself and Sylph.
I love this bridal boudoir photo because of the intimate human emotions it has captured. The morning of a wedding is a bride's happiest and most intimate moment time of a woman's life. Today is the start of a new phase of her life as a married woman. Later today she will kiss the love of her life, and they will spend the rest of the time together.
The best bridal boudoir photographers will be able to capture all this emotion in one image, and it takes years of experience. Years after the wedding when you look back at your bridal boudoir photos all the feelings and emotions from your wedding should come flooding back reminding you why you married this extraordinary person in your life.
